原北一女教師眷舍在台北市政府老屋活化的規劃下，原本屋齡50年的老舊公寓在整修後，將煥然一新成為明亮又具有現代感的辦公空間。目前空間已經過重新規劃與打造，我們的辦公空間將區隔出5-25坪大小不等的獨立辦公室，最多可以容納約20幾個以上的非營利組織或社會創新團隊在此交流、激盪。同時，我們也將提供數個會議室與中小型多功能活動空間、休憩區、共享廚房等。
The 50-year old apartment building (previously the TFGHS Teacher's Residence) has been undergoing a transformation process. It will turn out to be a bright and modern workspace for nonprofits and social innovation organizations. The space will be divided into independent studios (size ranged from 16.5 square meters to 82.6 square meters) and coworking space, which can accommodate more than 20 impact organizations to work at a time. Besides, meeting room, phone booths, multi-functional event spaces (coming soon), social area, patio, shared kitchen are available.
